What a beautiful experience this was! Decided to take a hot air balloon ride before we came for a long weekend in Phoenix and this company came highly recommended. Everything was clear about what to expect before we went up. The views were amazing and the pilot shared what he was doing and what were the optimal picture taking opportunities. The landing was easy and the post flight hors d’oerves and champagne was a nice touch. Thanks to Casey, our pilot and Zach, our crew chief were the best!

The actual flight and balloon captain were fabulous. I wasn't even scared and he made the Experience amazing. Our captain was Mike Johnson and he was very experienced. I would give 5 stars except the van driver to the balloon location was awful. Wayne drove us from airport to the site and he got lost and was checking his phone while driving. He had to make calls and turn around 3 times at least. In the end it was a great experience overall.
