Just want to say want an amazing experience this was. Everything from our balloon chaser to our pilot Micheal. They told us all the information we needed to feel comfortable. Once we got in the air, Micheal was updating us on the travel pattern of the balloon, wind speeds, altitude and distance. It was pretty fascinating. When the hot air isn't firing up the balloon and all is quiet, it's a very peaceful feeling. Also...if you are afraid of heights, like I am a bit, climbing and descending is so smooth you don't realize how much you are moving up and down in the air. The champagne, pilots prayers and cheese snacks at the end was the chefs kiss. I'm sure experiences can vary but ours with pilot Micheal was awesome. FYI...they charge your card at the end of the experience and tipping is encouraged.

Mike J and his crew were outstanding. Professional and lots of fun. Perfect landing and the crew was on site immediately. I would highly recommend this company. The champagne and snacks in the desert was a lovely touch Patricia Cooper

we were both so excited to do this and cross it off our bucket list. The weather was perfect. lots of sunshine for good photos. The company entertaining to say the least. there were a few who were not fond of heights but loved it in the end. we were able to watch the inflating and the deflating of the balloons. several balloons went up around the same time. another great photo op. having drinks and snacks on the desert floor was such a nice touch. The sunset picture was one of my favorite I took while in Phoenix for the month of February. amazing amazing amazing
