driver was there waiting for us with limo on time very pleasant to talk to on way to hotel all went to plan no problems at all

When we arrived at the airport the driver met us, he took the smallest case in our party which contained my wedding dress! and then ran off through the airport with us practically running behind him one of the people in our party is registered disabled he did not really help to load our cases into the Limousine and seemed annoyed at the amount of cases we had there was 6 of us and we only had 1 case each. Once we where on our way, his driving was terrible! while we understand that driving in NYC in the traffic does cause a lot of stop starting, this was constant accelerating and then hard breaking,when we informed him that my dad was feeling sick and asked to pull over he wouldn't there was appropriate places to do so he then continued to drive erratically. When we arrived at our hotel it was raining, the driver then got out and stood in the foyer of the hotel leaving us to unload our cases!. We did this last year and it was fantastic so very disappointed this year! on the upside the driver on the way home was great,very helpful and friendly, so I guess it just depends on which driver you get.

the service provided could not have been better. it was a great way to start a holiday and it was really nice to get a phone call the day before it made it feel a very personal service I would use this service again
