It was pleasant being met by the luggage pick up. The only down side was not to be told why were waiting, or who were waiting for. We stood outside for a good 45 mins. Everyone around us was being ushered to their taxis but us. Communication is key! Once the driver arrived it was a pleasant ride

Well done. The VIP Trans contact person Steve in the Green and White Hawaiian Shirt easily found me in the baggage claim area and loaded my my bags to take to the shuttle bus for loading. A pleasant ride to my Wiakiki location. such a change from the nightmare experience I had last year with Expedia. A comforting experience by true professionals. Thank you Viator for your assist.

Pro: Pick up at HNL was smooth and no problem getting to our hotel in Waikiki. Con: We were picked up 15 minutes early at our hotel, however, the driver said he had 4 more pick ups at 4 different hotels all at 1:00PM. Why would they schedule that? We had allowed 3 hours for what should be a 20 minute drive, as our flight only operates once a week, so rescheduling was "not" and option. As some of the pick ups were not prompt, we were delayed even further again. I mean really folks, how can one driver pick up additional parties all at the same time at different hotels? So we circled several times to pick up stragglers. When we were finally on our way, we could not figure out why the driver was taking the lower road (which was under construction and backed up), rather than the freeway to the Airport. Well, surprise, surprise, all the other passengers were going to the cruise port, not the airport, and they according to the driver had to be dropped off first. We had now been on the shuttle for 1 & 1/2 hours, and our window for check-in for our international flight was closing rapidly. Poor, poor scheduling and unnecessary stress. The driver was apologetic, but that did not negate the issue. Luckily, we made our flight, but it was a very stressful to say the least.
