Issues with the operator not understanding English and/or not being able to handle two reservations at the same time. A nightmare. I would go for a different company next time.

I had to call the operator a couple of times regarding my pick-ups as she couldn't really handle checking two reservations at the same time. She was very unhelpful and couldn't have cared less. In addition to that, I felt she couldn't understand basic English so I am not quite sure what the issue was but something as simple as confirming 2 pick-up times turned out to be a nightmare.
Oh, and they were VERY late picking me up one of those times.

We had to wait a long time for pickup at airport however the return to airport was on time and very comfortable
