Good airport transfer both ways. We needed our pickup a couple of hours earlier than booked I messaged via the Viator app on the airport WiFi and got quick response as well as a tranfer to our hotel. Going back to the airport was just as good

The driver was fine but the reservation said we would be dropped and picked up at Lagoon Tower. We were dropped fast from the Tower and had to drag all our luggage. He told us we would be picked up at same location. Our reservation days the tower. We are unhappy we have to transport our luggage so far.
