A Viator representative called me shortly after we landed and was kind enough to find us and make sure we knew the way to the shuttle. They handled our bags and shared the Aloha experience with us right away. Highly recommend this.

Absolutely excellence in service, wonderful service from the girl that met us with a sign in the airport; Brandon our driver was awesome and great driving/personality; picked up on time both to and from the airport. TRULY VIP SERVICE.

I had no idea where to go or that someone was waiting to guide me. The driver never announced my hotel. I gave the driver a $2 tip. Not a big deal but he took it and said nothing. Comparatively, Roberts shuttle drivers are friendly and chat to the passengers.
