Pickup from hotel as perfect. Pickup from airport was also good but up front advice on where the shuttle will be would be better. I had to phone up to get the location of the shuttle. Other than that all good.

Contacted VIP by email prior to arrival to get more specific details of pickup point. Transport was waiting when we got there. Same on the way back to airport - confirmed booking day before, and on the day driver was waiting at agreed time. Efficient, courteous and friendly. Would definitely use again.

It took a minute to claim our luggage and reported damage luggage. The driver phn us to make sure we were there and things was ok. She waited for us. I will use this service again
