They picked us up from our hotel and took us to the cruise terminal. Originally, they were supposed to pick us up at the airport, but we came in the day before and when we were at the airport, I saw a van from this company and after talking to the driver, he said they could pick us up at the hotel instead. That saved us time since we didn't have to go to the airport to be picked up. They picked us up on time and we arrived at the cruise terminal exactly when we were supposed to. We will ride with them again if we go back to Hawaii.

Booked this transfer in advance and very happy. Our driver was early and waiting for us. Friendly and helpful, he assisted in loading our luggage and entertained us on the way to the airport. We made our flight in good time and would recommend this transfer and book again. Mahalo
