It was a ugly day outside and we wanted to see the city specifically Downtown, so we decided to do the Tunnel tour. Vanessa was a book of Houston knowledge and very patient with my wife who doesn’t walk that well because of her arthritis. She led us through many historical buildings and banks as well as introducing us to some cool food shops underground. We would have never known there was an entire city under Houston street had we not done the tour

My family and I decided to do the tunnel tour before heading off to NRG stadium for the rodeo. What’s great way to start your day, and get a behind-the-scenes look at Houston. From the tallest building in Texas to the popular spots for locals/businessmen, we saw a lot and learned interesting things that people don’t normally associate with Texas. Our tour guide Vanessa was personable, knowledgeable, and entertaining throughout. She was left us right on the main avenue with the Light rail train and gave us detailed instructions on which station to get off at for the rodeo. Great pre-rodeo activity!!

Tour was very good, and Vanessa was a great tour guide, very enthusiastic and sweet. As a visitor to Houston, the tunnel tour was fine for about 30 minutes, but most tourists do not want to see where the dentist office, eye doctors .. are located in the tunnel ( We did spend some time in a few building, but not too much) Tourists want to see things that are unique to Houston, if you were able to create a tour that spend more time outside to see the historical buildings from outside and inside, tour the historical market square, see the food halls that are unique to Houston. In all my search, I did not see any Houston walking tours that focus on the architecture, buildings, park, food halls.. if you were able to add these as one of your company's tours that would be great!

Hello, We have searched our system and do not have any record of your booking. With that being said, you clearly left this review with an agenda in mind. We work tirelessly to be a highly rated tour company and providing a memorable and professional experience to all our guests which sadly includes dealing with untruthful / fictitious reviewers. In all our years of business, we have never received one single complaint that we do not cover enough history, architecture, or city views on any of our city tours. Our small and locally owned business prides itself on this unique historical and architectural city tour. It is easy to assume that we can add every attraction in downtown Houston on a two hour walking tour but each tour is designed to cater to guests of all ages which includes walking limitations and takes into consideration exposing our guests to Houston's unpredictable and humid climate. For obvious reasons we cannot expect all guests to walk our tunnel tour path along with the distances required to walk to nearby parks. We do get outdoor peeks of every single building we visit below ground, visit lobbies, and of course travel through the tunnel system. So when you mention that we only show off "dentist office, eye doctors" that is a complete lie. We ask all our future tour guests to refer to our dozens of other reviews from guests that have left honest reviews of our downtown tunnel tour.
