Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.
Minimum age is 3 years
Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver
It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes
If you need to reschedule after your reservation is made please call the location directly. Modifications to reservation dates and times cannot be done any other way.

The instructors are phenomenal - they are highly skilled and great with people to help them get the best experience. This is probably what saves them, because as a business, they lack customer service all around. It seems the focus is mainly on the upsell and making more money. When issues or “miscommunication” arises with staff at this location or corporate, they point fingers as if they don’t have the same policies and can’t resolve issues without charging you more to get what you expected.

fun time in the tunnel because Rico was awesome. got me comfortable and encouraged me to do more. was stable and able to move back and forward

Misleading on the whole experience and initial pricing. Looking at the pics, you may think they fly you at some decent height. No where it says that the initial pricing covers hovering at like 5 feet for 2 minutes. Then they upsell you to go to 15 feet.

Hello, we pride ourselves in providing world class customer service, and we're so sorry you feel that way! Indoor skydiving is a unique experience and difficult to compare to other activities. We do have to keep flyers within a safe range or distance from your instructor as you are learning to fly for all of our flyer's safety. This would allow you to fly within arm's reach on your instructor about chest level to them. Our goal is to teach you how to fly on your own. We do offer our high flight feature as an add on, as some of our guests do not wish to fly higher. We do so in order to allow everyone to curate their flying experience. We're sorry if this had an adverse effect on your experience. Thank you for flying with us and providing us feedback!
