You will get to enjoy checking around for dolphins and other amazing sea life as well as the time on THE BANANA! Our goal is to make you smile! This banana boat ride is not private. There is a reason this is ranked #1. We rode it on July 27th 2012. My two sons 15 and 18 and myself rode the banana. Great time. These guys do it right. They dont pull you with a jet ski on the ocean.They use a boat in the bay. They make it fun based on your age and comfort level. My sons loved it and said it was the highlight oft their vacation!! Even though their website says its not just a 15 minute ride. You only spend about 20 -25 minutes on the banana itself. The other 20 minutes is travel out to the bay and back. I would say the time spent on the banana is about right. Maybe they could do more to keep you on the banana longer to maximize your investiment would be the only downfall of the tour. Maybe 20-25 minutes really riding and 10- 15 minutes cruising looking for dolphins and such.

My family of four went on the banana boat ride. Mom, Dad, 9 year old son, and 6 year old daughter. The boat captain (Chris) and his first Scottish First Mate, and cameraman, were very friendly and able to calm my son's nerves. An afternoon thunderstorm could be seen in the distance and my son, and daughter, were a little on the nervous side. My daughter rode the banana boat with my wife and I for a little while and then enjoyed singing to the crew the remainder of the trip. The pictures taken my the crew are very good, in my opinion, and the price was very reasonable in comparison to other venues (jet skis, parasailing). The trip lasted about an hour. When we arrived we were greeted by Angel on the dock. She was very friendly and helpful. We were able to get some recommendations for a near by restarunt to visit after the trip. Her advice was dead on. My family and I will definitely do this again the next time we are in town. We wish this SMALL AMERICAN business continued success.

My family and I traveled to the Fort Walton/Destin area for our vacation. We were looking for something fun to do, so we tried the banana boat. It was a blast!!! Nothing but laughs & fun the whole time. We were a little early & we got to go out and see a few dolphins. All employees involved were extra friendly & fun. You could tell they wanted you to enjoy your time with them. Something I would definitley recomend doing to anyone. Well worth your money!!!!
