Overall it was a good experience. The main issue is that it is hard to do with traffic and speed limits, which can take away from the experience.

Will, I’m glad you enjoyed my Battle of Lexington and Concord Driving & Walking Audio Tour! I understand that traffic and speed limits can be challenging and impact the tour. Unfortunately, traffic is beyond our control, which is why I recommend taking the tour early in the day to avoid crowds and ensure a smoother experience. Following the speed limit is crucial for the audio to sync properly, so you don’t miss any stops or stories. If you want more control over your pace, you can always pause at each stop and continue when you’re ready. If there’s anything else that could improve your experience, I’d love to hear it!

Very difficult to get working- even with an IT person helping. Directions for both walking and driving difficult to follow. Not many back stories.

Diana, thanks for sharing. What gave you trouble specifically? What are “back stories”? The tour begins with a walk around the Visitor Center area and then a drive to multiple historically significant spots. If calling for support, please call us directly and not Viator — we can help better and faster.

The directions in many cases was non existent. We had to stop and look for places with Google maps. Not easy because we were not familiar with the area. Stories were very informative. We did not do the walking parts, more than expected.

Unfortunately, you encountered navigation difficulties with my Battle of Lexington and Concord tour. It's crucial to download the tour in an area with good network service to ensure it functions offline. Additionally, starting at the designated starting point is essential for the best experience. I'm glad you found the stories informative! If you decide to give it another try, remember that your purchase is valid for a year, and our support team is always ready to assist you from 5 am to 5 pm EST to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
