We recently returned from Waikiki where we took advantage AGAIN of pre-booking our Beach Umbrella and Chair ( 2 lounges and one umbrella) set through Waikiki Beach Services. I highly recommend one do this so as not to be disappointed when you want an umbrella and can't find one. Couldn't be easier on their web site and the beach attendants are delightful to deal with. Worth every penny.

We have been renting from Waikiki Beach Services for the past 5+ years and it is always an extraordinary experience. The online site makes it so easy and the team that one meets with each morning to pick your set or sets of chairs are so delightful and friendly. It is always a treat to see the familiar faces of each team member. We booked late this year, it feels like I was behind in so much this year :(, and Miwa and team went above and beyond in answering our questions and going above and beyond in making us feel special. The brown chair sets make a beach day so special and are so worth the investment - where one can read, nap or laze and choose when one wants to be in the sun vs. not! Thank you Miwa and the entire Waikiki Beach Services team for your extraordinary work - especially this week when the weather gods were especially challenging. We so appreciate you all and can't wait to see you in Dec 2022!! xx tons.

Pretty straightforward online booking for the water lounge chairs at Sheraton Waikiki. Website is easy to navigate. Make sure to reserve weeks in advance coz of high demand; It’s easy to cancel anyway. We checked in at 9am and the lounge chair was clean, attractive and user-friendly. The young guys and gals handing out fresh towels are efficient too and constantly check if the right person on the list is in the correct chair/cabana. There is also a side table for drinks and food. Will book them again when we return to Sheraton (beautiful property - I have a separate review for it!) My IG: @i_therefore_conclude
