My journey in yoga commenced years ago when my mother, against my reluctance, urged me to attend her yoga class at the studio she owned. It was during the final resting pose, shavasana, that I experienced the profound impact of the practice— a feeling of weightlessness and inner peace engulfed me. As time passed, I immersed myself more frequently in yoga, and one day while practicing on the beach, I caught the attention of a passer-by who expressed interest in joining me. This marked the beginning of my path as a yoga instructor.

After attaining my RYS-200 certification, I opened my practice to anyone nearby who wished to partake in the journey with me. It has been a rewarding experience, guiding and sharing the practice with others, as I continue to grow in my role as a yoga teacher, and never stop learning.

Having never done yoga before, I decided to try this with my partner. It was fantastic. Damian was very patient and made the class easy to follow. I felt amazing afterwards, and it gave a great start to the morning. I definitely recommend this as a great activity to get your day going in this city.

Damian is simply amazing, starting off the day with Yoga on south beach was just what we needed! When I got lost, Damian didn't hesitate to write me right back with information to find us. He also makes sure to do poses based on your level which I needed! The goal is to try to get another session in before we leave! Book your slice of peace now, I promise you won't regret it!
