My journey in yoga commenced years ago when my mother, against my reluctance, urged me to attend her yoga class at the studio she owned. It was during the final resting pose, shavasana, that I experienced the profound impact of the practice— a feeling of weightlessness and inner peace engulfed me. As time passed, I immersed myself more frequently in yoga, and one day while practicing on the beach, I caught the attention of a passer-by who expressed interest in joining me. This marked the beginning of my path as a yoga instructor.

After attaining my RYS-200 certification, I opened my practice to anyone nearby who wished to partake in the journey with me. It has been a rewarding experience, guiding and sharing the practice with others, as I continue to grow in my role as a yoga teacher, and never stop learning.

Damian was wonderful and the most peaceful experience to the start of the trip. The morning was beautiful. There was yogi music and just very personal. After I went to the drive for a few days and it was crazy. But this experience it was I was looking for.

There is no better way to practice yoga than under the open sky accompanied by the sound of waves. Damian's classes are highly recommended - accommodates all difficulty levels, and complete with a polaroid photo at the end to remember your experience.
