My journey in yoga commenced years ago when my mother, against my reluctance, urged me to attend her yoga class at the studio she owned. It was during the final resting pose, shavasana, that I experienced the profound impact of the practice— a feeling of weightlessness and inner peace engulfed me. As time passed, I immersed myself more frequently in yoga, and one day while practicing on the beach, I caught the attention of a passer-by who expressed interest in joining me. This marked the beginning of my path as a yoga instructor.

After attaining my RYS-200 certification, I opened my practice to anyone nearby who wished to partake in the journey with me. It has been a rewarding experience, guiding and sharing the practice with others, as I continue to grow in my role as a yoga teacher, and never stop learning.

What a fantastic location to do yoga at! Soaking up the Miami Beach vibes while doing something good for your mind&body. I couldn’t have imagined a more enjoyable setting for this experience. Damian’s instructions as a yoga teacher are clear and easy to follow along. He accommodates the level you’re at, respectively the wishes of how you would like your yoga practice to be. He’s a very nice and friendly host in general. All in all, I highly recommend to give this particular experience a try, even if you’re not a yogi yet.

Damian was able to manifest his energy towards the class and got us all pumped up for the session. I’m a beginner but Damian was patient and got me to do yoga moves I didn’t know were possible. I felt extremely at peace and relaxed afterwards, I recommend this to everyone!!

This was a really amazing class - perfect location, perfect weather, great amount of spinal twists (which are really good for me). Damian knows a lot about Miami and was really personally engaged.
