I ended up being the only participant on this brisk January morning. Cathy was great to do class anyway. She guided me, supported me and challenged me. Such a blessing to me. Felt like it was all meant to be. So grateful Cathy. Thank you.

Cathy is wonderful and beach yoga is the best. I definitely recommend!!! For me, it I got a lot more out of this yoga experience than a typical yoga studio. Try it and you'll love it!

This was an absolutely perfect yoga glasses. I'm not exaggerating. The location was perfect. Cathy, the instructor, was absolutely wonderful. The difficulty level was spot on -- as easy or hard as you need it to be. The only bad part was that it ended after an hour.
