Beach yoga with Cathy was heavenly and I highly recommend it! Everything was so organized, starting with an easily found meetup spot and plenty of free parking! She supplied clean, good quality mats and chilled bottled water, a nice lavender spray mist to cool us off, and even a luxurious aromatherapy temple/forehead massage at the end. Her cueing was excellent and she responded to our individual needs with modifications and some light instruction as needed. This yoga class would have been an excellent value even by regular studio standards, but on the beach it was sublime! I can't believe our luck in discovering this experience last-minute and will definitely do it again next time I'm in town. Thanks, Cathy!!

I would highly recommend booking a yoga session on the beach with Cathy. she is friendly and inviting. She provided not only the yoga mats but also water. Her pace was just right and level of difficulty. If you’re looking for a great experience to have in San Diego I would absolutely recommend this as a “thing to do”.
