It is a well organized tour with scenic views along the way. Our guide Jack is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job on introducing animals of AWCC and guiding our raft smoothly down the Placer River. We enjoyed the tour very much.

We did the Bears, Trains and Icebergs Tour before and loved it. This year we visited with our party of six and did the River Float and Salmon Bake with Chugach Adventures. Fellow Iowa native Ryan was our guide and did a great job. Felt very safe during the river float and was absolutely impressed by the excellent salmon dinner. Big shout out to Isabella for our best dinner experience in Anchorage. It was raining during the float so it was great to see the enclosed tent with a beautiful salad, pasta salad, charcuterie board and bread for starters. Then on to reindeer dogs and baked salmon before dessert of scrumptious Armenian cake. Really a top notch experience!

Kyle was a great tour guide. He took good care of our big group of 8. We took our kids and senior parents on this tour and everyone really enjoyed it..the lunch was very nice and the spencier glacier and river float was amazing!!!
