My husband and I went on the South Shore Food tour and had a blast trying all the local cuisine as well as learning about the local businesses. Michelle our guide was fantastic! 1st stop to The Juice box to meet a really bubbly owner and try an amazing Acai Bowl! Yum!! Next stop to meet Matt at a local Sushi stand in a market- POKE out of this world!! Off to the culinary market to try all sorts of things! Stuffed at this point but still able to finish at the last stop. Save the best for last Merrimans! Amazing tour, amazing company and laughs by a great group of people on the tour and meeting locals.

We went on the South Shore tour, and it was terrific. Michelle is a wonderful guide. She is very knowledgable about both food and Hawaii in general and is a great ambassador to take you along the South Shore. All of the food we had a chance to eat was delicious (and be sure to come hungry). But the best thing about the tour was how educational it was -- at every stop, we had a chance to speak with the chef/proprietor and learned many new things about food, the food business, and Kauai. We've been on food tours in many cities, and this was definitely the best. We'd highly recommend it to friends who are visiting Kauai.

I did the north shore tasting tour and it was fun, educational and delicious!!! What was best is meeting the farmers, restaurant owners and others to learn about what their passions are and how they started and now succeed in business.
