Great tour, great food! Neat local preserves. Best poke bowl in 25 years of visiting Hawaii and best hamburger ever anywhere. Delicious Acai bowl. Just three of the highlights along with great Chinese dumplings and a fried green tomato and pepper jack cheese croissant. A delightful afternoon with Shane as our guide. Only downside was the food was so good i broke my very low carb diet so as to not miss anything :) . I have not named the places we ate as you really should enjoy the tour and the surprise that comes with it meeting all the folks who are keeping Kauai healthy and happy.

We did the West Shore Walking Tour and were extremely pleased. The food vendors were all good and accommodated my wife's seafood allergy, which seemed difficult at a Sushi restaurant. We enjoyed every dish and certainly didn't need dinner after.

This is a different kind of food tour, you actually drive to the different venues. The first stop was a little too long, the bakery owner seemed to have a need to tell about her career path and that she had been a master pastry chef at elite restaurants........I much more enjoyed how she found ways to bake with native Hawaiian resources, for example, she explained how to substitute wheat for other products (interesting to this Kansas Girl). Her pastries were very tasty. As for the rest of the venues, they offered a fun variety of beverages and food, all using as much Hawaiian resources as possible. Our guide, Sabrina, was excellent. Very laid back style that made all of us on the tour very relaxed and enjoyable.
