None, I booked a small group, and paid for it, was not a small group, tried calling company no response, 3 people on bus did not return to bus on time, so we had to wait for them 2hour 15 minutes, they thought it was funny, not fair to the other 45 people on bus policy needs to change, not fair to others. The bus driver Paul was great.

Dear Customer, We kept in touch with you when you contact us, the tour we put you on, made an extra stop to see Bright Angel, which is a very popular spot. Usually we only stop Mather Point for 1 hour, we also provided additional lunch, water, and granola bar.In addition, we would like to make $150 refund to you, it is a pity we could not reach an agreement about that! Hope we could provide better service for you next time !
