We had a great time! The tour was well organised, our tour guide Daniel was great, professional and friendly with a great sense of humour and a great driver. San Diego is beautiful and the tour included activities that make San Diego special. Old Town was great, the cruise was great, lunch was great (lots of options) the USS Midwsy was great, we could have listened to the talks by the veteran pilot for hours they were so interesting. Balboa park is beautiful. On the ride back we got to experience LA’s traffic! Even this was an adventure! Good day out and a great value tour. Thank you

I’m quite disappointed about our trip today. The tour guide didn’t even introduce himself, his English was basic so not too much information was available. The tour main attraction was the old town of San Diego but we only spend 30 min at the end of the day which was such a short time compared with other activities we had on the day that didn’t require so much time. I mean we travelled from overseas to see the main attraction, the old town of San Diego and we ended up only 30 min there . The whole group were mainly Chinese people and just 4 of us English, and quite age advanced that’s why probably the last activity was so rushed but we have paid a lot of money to see the main attraction . Not to mention everything was so delayed, although we have had the meeting time to be 6:00 am that was changed to 5:50 , which we thought we will be late for as our taxi ride was late , he managed to get us there right in time for 5:50 but the rest of the pick up was so delayed which shortened our trip overall, meaning we have lost a lot of time from what we could have spent in the Old town. We have been to so many tours over the time but this was one of our worst experience. Because of the delays we have lost our transfer from LA and we nicely asked for a drop off on the way, we have agreed to be dropped off near Disneyland in Anaheim but probably because of the language barrier, the tour guide left us outside Anaheim which meant we had to make our way back to the hotel 5 miles away. Lucky my husband and I are used to Google maps and we were able to get back to our hotel using the public transport. Not that happy with this tour . Hopefully someone will change the tour guide to make this tour more efficient. Me and my husband managed to see a lot of things but that’s because we are organised and we actually run from one place to another otherwise not a clue how we would have seen things only in 30 min for some places. I hope others will have a better experience .

1. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. All of the tour guides are bilingual and could speak certain levels of fluent English. Still, we are aware that the guide’s English may not be as natural as Native Speaker. We will continue to ensure that all our guides are prepared to provide guests with a knowledgeable tour. 2. You may have misunderstood the itinerary, and the stop in Old Town San Diego was managed according to the itinerary listed on the Web site. There were no delays on the day and everything went as normal. 3. According to regulations the pick up point is your drop-off point, you asked to get off the bus near Disney, but there were additional guests on the bus who had to be dropped off at four stations. All things considered, we ended up dropping you off at the entrance to a supermarket in Anaheim. You have also expressed your gratitude. In any case, accept our apologies again. We will be making further improvements to our service and hope this explanation will clarify and help!

Great day trip. Would of like to spend more than 30 minutes in Old Town San Diego and less time in Balboa Park. Would of also like more time on the USS Midway. A lot of trafic to come back. Took us 3 hours from San Diego to LA.
