Awful. Bought 2. Only one would download so decided to just share headphones. Then narration was as much about shops as history. Save your money. Total waste of time and money trying to download them boring narrative,

Hey Craig, sorry you didn't enjoy it. We do mention one shop on Main Street for a specific bit of cultural history. And after giving the historical background of Straight Wharf, we do mention that you are welcome to explore the shops and galleries that occupy it today, but that is not part of the tour. I think it's quite a stretch to say that the narration is "just as much about shops". Also, I wasn't able to find your reservation under the name "Craig M", but if you contact us, we would be happy to issue you a refund for the activation code that didn't work. We would also welcome any specific suggestions you might have to improve the tour if you have any ideas.

Never got it to work on my Samsung phone. Customer service tried to help, but was unable to resolve the issue. They did issue a refund.

We found this self guided tour to be easy to follow. Not too long of a walk. Its a nice tour that allows you to go at your own pace. Stop to shop, explore or take pics whenever you choose. I wish I had remembered to bring Bluetooth earbuds, as it was difficult to hear sometimes while next to traffic or crowds. Nantucket is gorgeous.
