I enjoyed everything about this tour. ticket agent Dorothy was so polite and helpful. She scan and answered all of our questions and concerns and made me and my family feel well welcomed while on our trip in Chicago. We will back next vacation. Highly recommend this amazing tour.

I loved my stay in Chicago and I loved big bus! But one person that stood out was the sales agent, cliff! He was so positive and gave me good instructions on how to navigate the city. I really enjoyed my time in Chicago because of some of the advice he gave on where to hang and what to do! I look forward to coming back to the city and using big bus as my guide! Thanks, Cliff!
