This is a premium charge for landmark drops. So if you're to travelling solo or as a couple, don't bother as you can be walk it off or use the CTA Chicago transit authority logistics. Personally had to a dreadful experience on 12/17. We were dropped off at the Navy Pier stop around 5:20ish. Expecting, per the bus driver's estimate of catching the bus either at 5:45 or at 6:12pm. We were back at stop by 6:07pm. Waited for the bus until 10mins elapsed in Chicago 's freezing cold. Then tried reaching the bus authorities on chat. So they don't have calling experience. The person at the other end seemingly checks with people on ground before responding. That takes time. By that time, you're bound to make other arrangements, lest you wait in the freezing cold for 20mins.

Had a great experience on this tour. Best way to see the city and get the highlights if you are short on time. The guides were knowledgeable and fun and shared some great stories. My son and I were killing time waiting for a flight and were able to squeeze in a grand tour with several stops along the way! Candace in particular (one of the supervisors) was amazing. There was a small billing issue that she personally to responsibility for and worked to resolve, going above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of. That level of investment in the customer's well being places this company head and shoulders above the rest!
