Driver talked at the same time as the audio and we could not really hear either one. Also he had lots of negative or snide remarks about what audio was saying. The price was too high for the quality of the experience.

We do Big Bus tours in every city we visit. This was, by far, the worst. The route is boring and needs more spots to stop so you can actually use the hop-on-off feature. Also, ours had a pre-recorded tour but the driver ALSO was talking over the loud speaker which made it very confusing and difficult to listen to. Some of the facts that driver gave were unclear and hard to follow. VERY expensive and not worth the cost.

We had a great time learning the history of Chicago and visiting all the places Would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Chicago Every bus driver was unique in there own. Really like that instead of a cookie cutter type There was one driver that grew up in Chicago and shared a lot of his experiences with area as a kid, really cool
