We used this hop on /off bus company last month in Chicago. We started at stop 1 which was easy to find as we were staying on millennium mile. We sat up top as it was very warm , the bus was very busy as was Chicago center as we were taken through the streets . The guide on the bus was very good at pointing out various interesting sights and was very efficient getting people on and off at all the stops. We got off at the Shedd aquarium and after a few hours in the aquarium ,we rejoined the bus tour. We did not have to wait long for the next bus to come along. We then got off at millennium park. Recommend this as the best way to see Chicago sights particularly if you are only there for a short time. Staff very friendly and helpful.
