This tour passes through the most important sites in the city (the river, Michigan Avenue, the navy pier, the observatory, etc). It is a tour that I recommend to anyone who wants to better enjoy the city or is just discovering it. the stops are well signposted and the staff is very friendly. Something to improve, the guide in Spanish is not very complete and has long moments of music without describing the sites visited. I recommend 100% this experience is really enjoyed if the day is not very cold.

I had a major problem with this company. I tried to book a tcket online, however the site kept on 'falling over'. I telephoned but the phone just rang. I walked to one of their hop-on-hop-off sites but was told that I would have to go to their main office downtown. I tried on their site again but had the same problem. I finally managed to get hold of someone on a chat window and explained the problem. He stated that they knew there was a problem but I could go to their main office and book there. He gave me basic instructions but I simply was unable to find them. After wondering around for 20 minutes I simply gave up and did a walking tour.

It is strange however, because we have ticket agents posted at each one of our stops, in which you could purchase tickets from anyone of them. We also do not have a "main Office" to purchase tickets, so I am interested to know where you received this information. We will take your feedback and use it to improve. We do hope you give Big Bus another try.
