The buses were way to overcrowded. The rooftops on all the buses were all full so nobody dared to go off. There should have been twice as many buses. If you don’t have the capacity, then please show people to the other services. I have bern on several bus tours before, and this was never a problem.

We apologize about to capacity on our buses but since it was a holiday weekend there wasn't anything we could do to control this. We adapted as much as we could to the large number of crowds trying to ride our buses. We will take this information to use as a training guide so that we can better service our customers. All I can say is that all tour guides need to be as knowledgeable, enthusiastic, friendly and engaging as Alex was. I mean if I was on any other bus there’s no way I would of got the information he has. It was non-stop and we couldn’t get off because it was so good. In fact during a stretch from the Field Museum back to downtown Alex kept us all entertained with some top quality harmonica riffs. See the video. If the other guides have half of Alex’s energy your in for a treat. If your willing to search him out and get on his bus do it. You won’t be disappointed
