While planning a trip to Chicago for the weekend we were looking for a way to get around town easier and fun. Started looking at other company 1st and their reviews helped us realize that Big Bus would be better option. We booked the premier package for 4. We got 2 days hop on and off and night tour. And I noticed for not much more we could upgrade to the skydeck option which we did. If website would have mentioned boat tours we would have booked that also. Workers at 1st stop helped us get our tickets from phone order. We had James as 1st tour guide. He was funny and informative about the city. We liked all the extra details he gave about the city. After getting off for a bit at the pier. We got Matty, who seemed a bit strange at 1st his lack of input during the tour and kind of a-hole attitude kind of shocked us at first. Then he started his Trump impersonations that had us cracking up. The night tour was pretty cool. We had Michael who seemed the most excited and super informative about the city. You could really tell he had a passion for the city. He inspired us to like the city even more. My family and I cant wait to come back to the city again to view all the stuff we didnt get to see this time. We will definitely book with Big bus again.

This is a good experience. We appreciated the ponchos when it started to rain. The tour was informative and funny. 8.5 out of 10. I recomend this tour.

Lance was a great tour guide with Dad jokes galore and cool info about the city. Very funny guide we had him 3x in one weekend. A tour so nice we did it thrice. Would highly recommend this tour to get the lay of the land if you're new to Chicago.Theres no earthly way of knowing, we which direction we are going!
