We booked the Big Bus Chicago tour at around 345pm on 10/11/22 because the Viator website stated the ticket would be valid the next day if purchased after either 2 or 3 pm i cant recall which. This was good since it stopped at 5, we would still be able to ride a little that afternoon. We walked to the Planetarium from the Aquarium to catch the ride but there weren't any signs for Big Bus so people would know where to stand. When the bus came, it passed us and went around the circle to now a line of people that wasn't there when we were looking. My children and I ran to catch it. The bus driver told the line the bus was full at the top but you could stand at the bottom in a very narrow aisle that was already packed with people standing. Many of us couldn't get on, there wasnt even anywhere for me and my standing kids to hold on. I noticed nothing on my actual ticket said it was valid for the next day. I tried to cancel the ticket or find out how to make kt valid the next day but no one ever answered the Viator chat. The tickets are date stamped for single day usage and dont have a time on them. When I chatted with Big Bus they answered right away but told me there were no reservations in my name (I gave them every confirmation # on the ticket). It is now 10/11 and I still haven't heard from Viator for a refund, I'm out $100 and my kids still want to ride the top of the bus today.
