This isn’t one of the better hop on/off tours I’ve been on but it was sufficient. We had one rude driver (end of a long day maybe) but all in all, it was good. The buses were on time. It’s much better than driving in traffic and looking for parking. Much better signage for designated stops for waiting is needed.

Easy, fun and informative way to see the city! Chicago is a beautiful city with so much to see and do! The Big Bus gets you there and you decide when to get off and back on!!

The hop on hop off was exactly what we needed. Some of the stations seemed hard to find though but in the end, we'd do it again.
