We had a wonderful time touring around Chicago. Got off at The Navy Pier and had a fantastic lunch. Also visited Millennium Park. We really liked the option of getting to spend some time exploring an area before getting back on and heading to another area. Two of our drivers, Felicia and Candace, were fantastic.

Little or no informative commentary; where there was some between stops 1-4 it was so out of sync that nothing made sense - we spotted what could have been a Picasso sculpture but the commentary mentioned it about 5 minutes later when we were on a shopping street. Totally missed stop 9 which was one we wanted to get off at. When challenged driver admitted she had "forgotten" to put on commentary and didn't stop at 9 as she was running late! Asked Viator for a 50% refund which thought was fair - received £13.00 of £74.00 booking! Web "help" chat didn't get anywhere just a promise the Trust and safety team would be in contact - that was over a week ago
