Our driver pulled over in front of shula’s and left the bus for ten minutes, no explanation was ever given. Everyone was left confused and directly in the sun. People boarded the bus without paying and an elderly couple who were waiting at the next stop 100 yards away walked all the way up to shulas thinking they were in the wrong spot. The driver was rude to them for not waiting down the street, how could they have known? They couldn’t have known because there was no company employee there to print tickets or provide information.
It was the most unprofessional ten minutes I’ve ever seen on a tour, period. Just communicate with your passengers, it’s so easy.
