It's tour is a great way to see the city, and the beach but..... We started at the bay front. We just missed a bus but the woman who sold us the tickets said there'd be another in 10 minutes.. She told us where to wait. ... The bus took 35 minutes to arrive by which time we had been told by 5 different people to wait in 5 different places... And by the time the bus arrived there were way too many people to get on... And despite the fact we had been there the longest there didn't seem to be any sort of organised queue, so we were quite rough pushing ourselves onto it And the the tour itself is good with a varied route and some good guides. The beach part is a bit dull and samey, and some of the guides were rubbish - 1 girl just talked about herself all the time!! But we did get on and off several times at the different stops, and it works well And it's not bad value, but I would have preferred just to do the Citylets and skip on th each part... But maybe our guide onthebeach part was so useless, she made it dull and uninteresting....

They give you good earbuds and the audio described sine sights but not always when they sre in view. The guide on board did a few commentaries but there was a lot of dead time passing buildings that were not described We started at 11 and did the S Beach loop. Got off bus to do lunch and walked a few blocks. Shopped in the Art Deco store then walked to bus stop 11 for return to depot. Got there at 5 and learned last bus for the B LOOP leaves at 4:30. Tkt office didnt warn us about cutoff time. Guide said our tkt was good till 11 next day so we could come back for Loop. BUT it poured rain all morning the mext day. I wanted more details. Wondrr if the other tour company provides more? Cityscape?

We took the beach and city tours back to back. The city tour looks at the city mainly from afar. The old part called coconut drive is devoid of anything noteworthy. Little Havana is nothing more than a row of shops, restaurants and businesses with Cuban/ Latino signs. No architecture or colour to excite. The beach tour is supposed to highlight all the Art Deco buildings most of which are on Ocean Drive. Amazingly the bus did not travel down Ocean Dr as advertised allegedly because there is too much traffic on it!!! Just a rip off. There is live commentary as well as ear pieces. After listening or rather bored senseless by the inane chattering of 3 of these guides we couldn't wait to get off. All in all almost a complete waste of time.
