We took the tour on a cool day, so we started the tour on the lower bus level. The first bus we boarded from the main terminal had windows with screens that obscured the view. Not a good way to see the sights! A woman was speaking, but her narration seemed out of sync with where we were so I never really knew what we were looking at. We got off in South Beach. When we got back on, we sat upstairs with Armando as our guide. He was the best! His narration was humorous and thorough, and we totally enjoyed everything we saw along this leg of the tour. Alas, we had to get out to get on the downtown loop, and to our chagrin, we now had to use headphones to hear a canned narration. Again, the sights were interesting and beautiful, and the narrator was clear, if mechanical, but the repetitive music drove us crazy! Unfortunately, we didn't have time to get out in Little Havana for lunch and make it back in time for our flight, so we stayed on the bus and transferred to the airport bus at the end of the day, which worked out well. I was glad we went because we saw a lot and have a good feel for the city, but they need to correct these problems.
