There is no sightseeing during the route and you need to pay extra for “Central park main stops”. Don’t waste your money.

Hi Global43025042091, we appreciate your honest review. We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one. As we have different product options, the tour inclusions can vary. If you would like our Uptown and Downtown tours, the Essential ticket would be the best option as this includes both tours. Otherwise, our single loop tickets only include one tour. We apologize for the confusion and thank you for your feedback so we can work on how this is communicated.

Stuck in traffic. The audio didn’t match the location. We went too fast past some. For example the map said Statue of Liberty but the glimpse was so brief and no mention on audio. Really not good value for money

Unfortunately, due to events outside of our control, such as traffic, the commentary can get out of sync at times, however this is usually solved upon reaching the next stop. We decided to take a hop on hop off tour of NYC as some of our group had never been to the city. We were disappointed with the lack of info provided on the audio recording. Most of the time we were on the bus music was playing, instead of a narration of the interesting points, info on the buildings, neighborhoods, etc. I’ve been on other HOHO in big cities and this was by far the least informative tour ever. The only saving grace - we were out of the rain as the top of the bus was covered!
