We truly appreciate your feedback on our pre-recorded commentary as this allows us a chance to get a better understanding of how we can improve. Our tour routes include many attractions and iconic a reas, but unfortunately as New York City has so much to offer there are other attractions our route does not directly pass by. We encourage our guests to explore further by hopping off at one of our designated stops, such as Stop #1 which is about a 3 minute walk to Rockefeller Center. We hope you were still able to enjoy the sights on our routes and had the chance to explore the city more.

Provide more detailed information during the tour and in a different format. The pre-recorded format sounds like it's geared to second graders. Cut out all hip-hop music in between. Messages should be in sync with the bus location at the time. We did not find the staff to be friendly, only interested in selling you tickets. This is clearly a "hop off - hop on" tour, not an informational tour. Disappointed!

This was a great way to tour around if you aren't un a hurry. We caught the red loop bus in the late morning down to the 9/11 memorial site/Wall Street stop & I think it took us a good 45 minutes-1 hour to get that far. Great way to see some of the sites but only good if you get a seat up top. We had to sit downstairs on the return trip and couldn't see much. It was 'OK' - I can see older people enjoying it more than kids.
