Wanda B and the whole Times Square staff were great! Super friendly and helpful. 😃😃😃 Tripadvisor not allowing short reviews, on the other hand, is not a good user experience.

DO NOT BOOK THIS IN NYC!!! They require paper tickets and, even though we were staying near Stop 3, I was told ahead of time via chat (twice!) that we had to go to Stop 1 to get the printed tickets using our GoCity passes. We had to Uber back to Stop 1 (M&M), got the printed tickets from a very rude worker; Then, because the wait in line to get on at Stop 1 was 3 hours, we walked to Stop 2 (Times Sq - which we wanted to see anyway) to get on ... and, at Stop 2 there was an agent there to print our tickets. So, we could have started initially from there and not have had to take an Uber to Stop 1. Anyway, all the buses we got on were NOT AIR CONDITIONED and it was 92-94 degrees outside and hotter inside. Plus, every worker/driver we came in contact with was TOTALLY RUDE.

We encourage all guests to redeem their vouchers at Stop #1 as this is the first stop on our tour and we always have customer service representatives stationed here to assist guests. Unfortunately, we do not always have representatives at all stops to help redeem tickets which is why the agent on our live chat directed your group to Stop #1. We also apologize if any of our staff members you encountered were rude. We absolutely do not condone this behavior and we would like the chance to look into this. We had tickets for our family and had our tickets on my phone not realizing we were supposed to get our tickets at one location and then start the route. We were in between flights and explained our time limitations to Saul. He made a couple of phone calls and we were able to board and see the city on our layover. Thanks Saul for taking our time to provide excellent customer service and not making us walk 8 blocks to get tickets. We need more people like Saul - someone willing to help and solve your problem.
