We had a group of 5 people. When we bought tickets we made sure with staff that the bus would bring us back to the same stop as we boarded on. We were assured that we would be brought back to where we started. Half way through, the bus driver tells us to get off at Times Square because its 5pm and he is done for today. When asked what do we do, we were told that we would be brought back to where we started, he said to take the bus that was standing in front of us. We left the bus, he closed the doors and left. We went to the bus in front and wanted to board it. The rudest driver closed its doors in front of our noses and said its 5pm we don't work anymore. When I told him through the closed doors that we were told we will end up where we started, he said come back tomorrow, we are closed now. He was extremely rude, nasty, and unprofessional.
If management is reading this, the driver that was driving bus number 188 on July 9, 2022, Plate number 15343BT is unprofessional and extremely rude to your customers. You cannot trick people into buying your services and providing half ass efforts. If your drivers stop working at 5pm, they should notify people before they buy tickets because most people don't know that and cannot come back the next day to keep on riding the bus.
We were not the only people that were tricked, there were other people (about 10) that had no idea that we will be just dropped off on times square and told 'come back tomorrow, our day is done'. What did we pay $50 for? To get a 30 min ride to Times Square!!!!!
