We are sorry to hear about your experience while in New York. Throughout the day, we do ensure each bus is cleaned between trips as well as ensure our buses leave our garage in top shape. We hold ourselves to a high standard and are sorry to hear you found our bus needing additional upkeep. We will be sure to look into this and inform management so we can correct this immediately.
Currently, we operate our Downtown loop from 9:30am-4:30pm and our Uptown loop from 10am-4pm. While we try to communicate this as best as possible through our staff, website, and app, we regret to hear you were not informed prior to boarding the bus.
We are also disappointed to hear you did not enjoy the audio tour or frequency of our service. We apologize if you experienced delays on the day of your visit. While we aim to provide a frequency of 15-20 minutes on our Downtown loop, there are times we have delays due to city events that are out of our control. We hope this did not create too much of an inconvenience during your trip.
