This bus company only offers 10 stops downtown New York City and no night tours are included. Other companies offered 17 stops which makes the visit much easier to visit more areas. Our package changed companies to Big Bus and we were disappointed that we could stop anywhere from the Battery to Intrepid, missing areas we wanted to visit along the way.

Hello, We regret to hear you did not enjoy your experience in New York. We understand our visitors come from all around the world and are anxious to explore the Big Apple. We try to provide access to the most iconic areas and attractions by having our bus stops located as close as possible to provide a scenic, convenient way to travel through Manhattan. We apologize if we do not currently have a stop on the West Side as you mentioned. We greatly value this type of feedback as we strive to fulfill our guest's needs. We got on a crowded bus and had to sit downstairs without AC or windows. It was unbearable and we had to get off. The staff and drivers are courteous but the recorded commentary was silly, not funny and missed some key information. I prefer live tour guides.

Dreadful experience. Oversold resulting in long waits to get on a bus. Some Very aggressive sales staff only interested in commission. Very poor customer service though in fairness some staff tried their best . No headphones provided another customer told me I was lucky as it sounded like three teens trying to be cool . Even the bus struggled to perform providing a bumpy stop start ride. Do yourself a favour , don’t waste your money !! Anyone else experience this ?

Hello, We are sorry to hear of your experience. When boarding on the bottom deck of the bus, we do provide complimentary headphones which can be used to hear the pre-recorded commentary on the bus. We always make sure we have these available on every bus before each departure to ensure each customer has access to the tour's audio. We apologize if you did not receive these during your visit, though, and are very regretful that you did not get the hear the commentary.
