Great experience. Perfect for getting your bearings and see everything along the way. Stayed on the bus for one whole lap of the route and then used it to hop on and off as we explored the city for the rest of the day. Would definitely recommend. Ahmed was really cheerful and helpful towards us. Thank you Ahmed.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Worst experience ever. Queued for an hour for the bus. Finally got on one only for it to go one stop then the driver put the bus out of service and made us all get off and queue again for another bus to arrive. The staff were rude beyond belief and did not communicate to everyone on the bus that we had to get off, leaving us all guessing if we were actually going to get to our destinations at all. In total it took us 2 hours to move one stop. Absolute waste of money. Do not buy.

We strive to provide the best service to our guests and are very disappointed to hear this was not the case when you visited us. We aim to maintain a 15-20 minute frequency on our Downtown loop and a 60 minute frequency on our Uptown loop so it is disappointing to hear there were delays.
