Kossivi was great!! He took care of my family and we had a great tour!! We went all over New York and we’re able to easily hop on and off.

We booked our tickets online. But while walking to the pick up point, about 8 touts tried to sell us tickets. When we came to the pick up point, queues were crazy. The buses couldn't accommodate passengers. Too many tickets sold and no control of capacity. We queued for 20 minutes in 33c heat. Got on board and then sat in blazing hot sun for ages after been told we couldnt pull away from the kerb until the next bus arrived after us.. During the course of the day, one bus driver couldn't answer whether it was the blue or red route... he couldn't hardly speak English. We waited at one stop only to be told that a particular route colour wasn't using that stop that day. The commentary we were listening to stopped and started at incorrect timeds and was out of sync to travel. It was a mess, totally unorganised and badly run. Some staff were very professional though while others were just rude. We totally missed connecting timed plans as the buses appeared to work to no timetable. Honestly, use another company. Our tickets were expensive and we didn't get our money's worth. At one point we has to get off and pay for a taxi to get to where we needed to be at a certain time even though the advertised timetable would have gotten us there. Really disappointing. There are other open top buss companies though. Try them instead!

we each bought a 3 day pass, we had an awful experience the salesman lied about the time the last bus picked up the staff was rude and not helpful there was no guide, just a very poor audio system with very little info suggest you do not waste your money
