Overpriced Alcatraz tickets are 41 at the gate and big bus 55$ No justification for the price you sell them for and no additional services Disappointed

To note, the item included on the Alcatraz Package is not $55 or the classic ticket, but actually the Premium ticket, which includes the day tour, night tour, a great Chinatown Walking Tour, and a bike rental with Blazing Saddles. Very nice did not make the night tour it didn’t pan out with doing Alcatraz in the tour keep me from the night tour. The morning tour was nice and as always Alcatraz was super cool

We were charged 450 for 3 adults (premium bus ticket plus alcatraz = 150 per person). We purchased the tickets directly through their website. We had various problems during our tour. 1. We NEVER received the bus vouchers in our emails (we also checked our spam to make sure). When we went to pick up the alcatraz voucher at pier 41 the guy told us we needed to redeem the bus tickets the day of use. The next day We downloaded the app to find a redemption center near us to redeem our tickets... we were looking for stop 6 but we couldn't find it because apparently it's INSIDE the Hilton hotel which we didn't know and of course it's not noted anywhere on the app.. so walk back to station 5 to talk to an agent... we get on the bus and on our way to the Golden gate Bridge there was a 5 car accident and we are sitting in traffic and the bus driver said he didn't know when we were going to move, we explained to him we had a reservation at 3 for alcatraz and he didn't really care and said we could get off and catch an uber instead of offering us a solution or at least a refund. We got off , caught an uber which charged us 22 bucks to go to the other side if the bridge. We catch another bus to pier 33 and that's when we noticed these people are charging DOUBLE for alcatraz as tickers are only 41 per adult.. .do the math...

There was a big accident in the Presidio area, which did lead to traffic and route changes. Our Alcatraz package includes other items, not just Alcatraz, which is why it does cost a little more. We do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and strive to give a wonderful tour of our city.
