absolutely loved both the tour of the city and the tour of Alcatraz. I found the city tour very informative and loved hearing all the history about the different parts of san fransisco. Alcatraz was of course my favorite and I am so glad they are using tour money to restore the Alcatraz facilities.

i have to say this is one of the worst experiences I have had with a tour company. The directions to pick up the Alcatraz tickets one day in advance was incorrect. I had to literally argue with the ticketing agency to provide me with a paper voucher as I had made a trip to the city from Santa Rosa to pick up the tickets. I also feel the price charged was very exhorbinant for the value. I would not plan on booking this in the future.
