Beautiful scenery, but not much excitement with the low river conditions around 400 fps. Heavier groups frequently got hung up on rocks, while lighter groups like our seemed to manage better. Glad I was able to save a bit with Lost Paddle's rates vs some of the other local outfitters closer to the launch point. Be sure to check water flow conditions yourself, and set your expectations accordingly. Low water will be more like a float and not so much a thrilling whitewater experience. It seems like a flow rate closer to 1000 fps or more would be a lot more fun... Check USGS 07094500 gauge reports.
