This was a fantastic trip for our family! We chose the Big Horn sheep canyon and zip line tour for our first day in CO Springs. Our youngest is 10 and we have the grandparents with us as well ;-). The big horn sheep canyon water was Fantastic! Kelly was our guide and made the ride so enjoyable. Our teens walked away wanting more and GiGi was so happy she joined! We then ate lunch at the white water grill as part of the package. The food was so good. We had the brisket potato and brisket sandwich. We even had leftovers! Then we had a 2 hour break until our zip line tour so we took a quick drive to the royal gorge look out. This was a bonus as we were not expecting time in-between. Thanks Kelly for the suggestion! Then we got back and shopped a little in the gift shop and checked in for the zip lines. Cat and Dakota were our guides. They were so much fun and truly amazing! The whole family participated in the zip lines. There was a little bit of hiking and a lot of zipping! Water is a must on this adventure. This was a perfect package since our 15 year old wanted to raft and our 10 year old wanted to zip! It was not cheap but we did not have to pay additional for our gear and lunch was included in the praise. The guides are also amazing and personable so for us it was worth the $$$. Another bonus is the facilities. They are very well laid out! You can kick back and relax while you wait for your tour or you can just enjoy relaxing on the patio while your friend or family is on the tour. Or you can just come to eat and relax or you can just come to shop! (Great shirts and hats!) I got a new hat thanks to our zip line wager on the last run! I won ;-). Thank Dakota😉 Thank you Papaw and GiGi for a great adventure! We will be back next time we are in CO! Kelly, Cat and Dakota.... THANK YOU!

We are so happy you enjoyed your full day of rafting and zip lining here at Royal Gorge Rafting and Zip Line Tours! We are pleased to hear that your whole day, from water to land, was one for the books. Sounds like Kelly took care of you on your rafting trip quite nicely, she is a wonderful guide with a great personality and tons of energy, as well as super thorough with safety! The Whitewater Bar & Grill is the ultimate play and relax place, and their food is certainly delicious, and it is great you food and service was amazing! Our zip line courses, both the Classic and the Extreme, have amazing views and lines, and we are glad that Cat and Dakota were able to keep you safe and make you feel confident conquering all the lines! We specifically went to Royal Gorge to do rafting and picked Royal Gorge Rafting & Zip Line Tours. It was our first time zip lining and rafting. Kevin and Tyanna were our zipline guides and they ROCKED!!! Not only were they very knowledgeable about zip lining but we also enjoyed hearing about the areas flora and fauna. We ate at their on site restaurant and it has fabulous food. You can tell it was all homemade because it was superb. We ended our day with rafting the Bighorn. Turner was an awesome rafting guide. We had so much fun with him. He gave us great instructions and we enjoyed hearing about the history of the area. I recommend coming to this area and enjoying the local fun. Royal Gorge Rafting & Zip Line Tours is a great place to start.

This organization is so well ran explanation point from the phone call inquiring about the excursions, to the rafting, the guides, the ziplining, and the restaurant, all service was absolutely superb! Cody was our raft guide and was incredible! You can tell he really enjoys his job, based on his smile in our pictures. In the afternoon, we had the pleasure to go ziplining with McKayla and Jet. As ironic as it sounds, I have quite the fear of heights and both of them never hesitated to reassure me it was going to be okay at each line! Lol! Tristin was our photographer and the entire team made us laugh through the whole journey! Again another great experience! I will recommend all of my friends and family to come here!
